the staff is very friendly and professional. Room service awesome. Here special thank to Daniel Matheus. Front desk ok, valet parking ok, luggage handling ok, low noise, good shower, nice lobby, dinner too simple, but the service from Felipe makes everything better. overall only the food is not worthy including the breakfast. And nobody approached us to sell rooms. Very good!

The Pool and the Breakfast were Amazing. But the service at the Bar at the pool was very dissapointing.

Very well located: 5 min drive from downtown Gramado: stores, restaurants and city attractions. Clean, beautiful, awesome pools and kind staff. Great breakfast!

A área kids é ótima, assim como todas as instalações. Comida do restaurante excelente, assim como o café da manhã. É um lugar perfeito para relaxar, sem necessidade de sair para nada.
